Neuro-Divengers

Divergent Therapy and Caching

Meet the Neuro-Divengers

Whether you’re looking for support, coaching, therapy, nutritional guidance, group work, or an assessment for your child, teen, partner, loved one, or yourself, you can stop searching! You have found us!

We don’t just study neurodivergence, we live it. All of our team are neurodivergent themselves or have children or family members who are. That lived experience sits alongside clinical and educational backgrounds and experiences, and this changes everything about how we show up for you.

How is coaching different from therapy? Therapy is a licensed clinical service provided by credentialed mental health professionals, LMHCs and equivalent, trained to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions. Therapy addresses deeper clinical and emotional work: trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and how your neurodivergence intersects with your mental health. Because therapists are licensed, they can only practice in states where they hold an active license. Coaching is a skills-based, goal-oriented partnership focused on helping you build strategies, navigate systems, and make life work better for your brain. Coaches work on executive function, time management, school and workplace supports, relationships, transitions, and day-to-day life skills. Coaching is not bound by state licensure and is available to clients across all 50 states. Not sure which one will work for you? Try a Free Consultation to find out!

Hi, I’m Monica, an Executive Function Coach, Learning Behavior Specialist, Certified ADHD Specialist, and BCBA dedicated to helping people build practical systems that support real-life success.

I’ve been in the behavior analysis field since 2014, supporting individuals of all ages and I especially love working with people with ADHD and autism. In 2018 I expanded into Executive Function Coaching, where I focus on the real-life skills that make everyday life smoother: staying organized, managing time, starting (and finishing!) tasks, and building routines that don’t fall apart after a week. I work with high school students through adults, with a particular love for the college prep and transition space.

My style is supportive, practical, and a little bit creative. I’m not about rigid systems or one-size-fits-all solutions, I’m about helping you understand how your brain works and building strategies that actually stick. We’ll set clear goals, celebrate small wins, and find ways to make progress feel doable, and maybe even enjoyable.

Hi, I’m Marcela, a therapist originally from Colombia, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology and over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, hyperactivity, autism, anxiety, and challenges with attention, concentration, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and cognitive functioning.

My work is strongly grounded in neuropsychology and focuses on understanding how the brain functions in areas such as attention, executive functioning, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and social cognition. I specialize in translating this into practical, real-life strategies that help individuals not only understand their difficulties, but also strengthen attention, improve concentration, and build the cognitive skills needed for daily functioning.

I incorporate structured approaches for executive function training, including organization, planning, time management, working memory, cognitive flexibility, and task completion. I also work on attention and concentration training, helping individuals improve focus, reduce distractibility, and increase consistency in daily tasks.

For individuals with autism, I support the development of social skills, including communication, perspective-taking, and social understanding, helping them navigate real-life social situations more effectively.

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, disorganized, or struggle to manage their emotions, stay focused, complete tasks, or keep up with daily responsibilities.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology, and I am currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida.

With children ages 8 and older, I focus on attention, concentration, impulsivity, hyperactivity, behavior, emotional regulation, and school-related challenges. I also work closely with parents, providing clear and structured guidance in pautas de crianza, manejo de la conducta, regulación emocional, establecimiento de rutinas, and management of parental stress.

With teens and adults, my work centers on strengthening executive functioning skills, including organization, planning, time management, working memory, and task follow-through, as well as anxiety management and emotional regulation, helping daily life feel more structured, manageable, and consistent.

My approach is warm, structured, and highly practical. It is not only about insight, but about actively building and strengthening the skills the brain needs to function more effectively in everyday life.

I provide services fully in Spanish, offering culturally responsive care tailored to the needs of the Latino community.

My goal is to help you understand how your brain works, strengthen attention, organization, and emotional regulation skills, and give you practical tools to feel more in control, with greater clarity and confidence in your daily life.
