Neurodiversity Coaching (Individuals, Parents/Families, and Caregivers)
Certified coaches · All 50 states · $140/session
Practical, skills-based coaching for kids, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, and related profiles, and their families who need help supporting them. We work on executive function, time management, self-regulation, school and workplace supports, social skills, relationships, transitions, and daily routines, real strategies for real life. Many of our coaches are also licensed clinicians who bring clinical depth to their coaching work.
Behavior Coaching (BCBA)
Board Certified Behavior Analysts · All 50 states · $140/session
ABA-informed behavior coaching delivered by BCBAs, available nationwide. Draws on applied behavior analysis expertise to support skill-building, caregiver strategies, behavior management, and daily living skills. This is coaching, not clinical ABA therapy, and does not require a state behavior analyst license. Ideal for families who want BCBA-level expertise in a flexible coaching format.
OT / Behavior Support (ABA)
Licensed OT / BCBA · Select states · $150/session
Clinical occupational therapy and ABA-directed behavior support for kids, teens, and adults. Covers sensory regulation, co-regulation strategies, fine motor skills, behavior intervention planning, IEP support, and structured skill acquisition. Therapy (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
Licensed therapists · Select states · $160/session
Evidence-based, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for kids, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and related challenges. Modalities include EMDR, CBT, DIRFloortime, and polyvagal-informed approaches. Available in states where the treating therapist holds an active license. Nutrition Coaching
Registered dietitians / CNS · All 50 states · $140/session
Neurodiversity-affirming nutrition coaching from registered dietitians and certified nutrition specialists. Specialties include ARFID, selective eating, sensory-friendly meal planning, gut-brain health, ADHD and Autism nutrition, supplement guidance, and eating disorder recovery support. No food shaming. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just support that actually fits you. Good for the individual as well as parents / caregivers.

Comprehensive ADHD and Autism/AuDHD assessments combined into one coordinated evaluation. Results inform each other for a richer, more complete clinical picture. Ideal for clients exploring both profiles or where overlap is suspected. A $1,045 value.

Behavior assessment (FBA)
Conducted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with RBT support. Includes intake interview, behavioral observation, data analysis, functional behavior assessment (FBA), and a written behavior support plan tailored to the individual.

Payment options
We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Clients pay at the time of service. We provide itemized superbills on request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. Coaching sessions are generally not reimbursable by insurance.

Coaching and assessment services for diagnosed neurodivergent conditions may qualify as deductible medical expenses under IRS Code Section 213. We provide itemized receipts and superbills to support your tax records. Please consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific situation.
Geographic availability
Coaching Services — All 50 states
Coaching, including neurodivergent coaching, behavior coaching by BCBAs, nutrition coaching, and OT coaching is not bound by state licensure and is available nationwide. Coaching does not include clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaching provides tools, techniques, and support for personal, school, and work accommodations and support for families, parents, and caregivers.
Therapy and ABA — State Licensed
Licensed therapy (LMHC) and clinical ABA services are only available in states where the treating provider holds an active state license. BCBA certification alone is not sufficient in most states. Contact us to confirm availability in your state. Coaching is always an option.
