Our Services

Our team of Coaches, Behavior Analysts, Dieticians, and Therapists are licensed, certified, and registered in their areas of expertise, and each one of them shares a commitment to neurodivergent-affirming, judgment-free care for kids, teens, and adults.

You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out. If you’re struggling with focus, relationships, work, school, or just getting through the day that’s enough. We will help you figure out the rest.

And if you do need a diagnosis, we can do that too. Our assessments are comprehensive, compassionate, and come with a clear care pathway so you know exactly what your diagnosis means, and what next steps look like.

Assessments

Wondering if ADHD, Autism, or another neurodivergent profile might explain some of what you’re experiencing? Our assessment process takes you from initial intake through a full evaluation and final written report, including a formal diagnosis where applicable, and personalized recommendations for next steps. No long waits. Our turnaround is 6 weeks from intake to final report, compared to the 3–6+ month wait times common at other practices.

Therapy

Our Licensed Mental Health Counselors provide individual therapy for kids, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and related challenges. All sessions are virtual, and we’re actively expanding our licensed therapist team across all 50 states.

Coaching

Sometimes what you need isn’t therapy, it’s someone in your corner helping you build skills, navigate systems, and figure out how to make life work for your brain. Our coaches specialize in:

For Kids

School accommodations, 504 Plans, and IEP support, behavior strategies, and coaching for parents, so the right systems are in place for your child to thrive.

For Teens

Bridging the gap between high school and whatever comes next, college, trade school, or entering the workforce. We help teens build the skills and confidence to make that transition successfully.

For Adults

Job seeking, workplace accommodations, social skills, dating, and relationships. Real life stuff. We help you navigate it.

For Teens and Adults

Know Your Rights, understanding your rights as a neurodivergent person matters. Whether it’s ADA workplace accommodations, school-based protections under IDEA and Section 504, FHA (Fair Housing) or self-advocacy in healthcare settings, our team can help you understand what you’re entitled to and how to ask for it.

Group

Connection can be complicated, and that’s okay. Whether you’re navigating social exhaustion, struggling to feel understood, or simply looking for a space where you don’t have to mask, group therapy designed for neurodivergent minds can help.

Sessions may include open conversation and shared experiences with others who truly get it, skill-building around communication, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy, a supportive space to practice connection at your own pace, and guidance from a trained therapist who understands how neurodivergent brains work.

No performing. No pressure to fit a neurotypical mold. Just real support from people who see you.

Dietician

Nutrition Support for Neurodivergent Minds

Food can be complicated, and that’s okay. Whether you’re navigating sensory sensitivities, selective eating, or just struggling to find a routine that works for your brain, a neurodiversity-affirming dietician can help. Services may include personalized meal planning that honors your sensory needs, support around food avoidance and expanding your comfort foods at your own pace, guidance on supplements that may support focus, mood, and energy, and practical strategies for building flexible, low-stress eating habits. No food shaming. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just support that actually fits you; provided by Registered Dieticians.

Behavior Analysis

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) bring specialized expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to support kids, teens, and adults with skill-building, behavioral strategies, and structured intervention plans.

Flexible and Accessible

Flexible payment plans, Care Credit, and Superbills for reimbursement are available and offer.
All appointments are virtual, so you can access care from wherever you are.
